Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Straight over roundabout (St. Mattew's Church). Beaclands  Hotel is on the right shortly before Skegness Pier.

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. In about 1/4 mile take first main turning left. Straight over roundabout to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. Beaclands  Hotel is on the right shortly before Skegness Pier.
